The Watch are the militia that protects most of the Erberos kingdom's cities. In the largest cities, they receive a few years of training in martial arts, crowd control, and even law. However, in smaller settlements, it is typical for most to have received no formal training. It is usually commanded by a High-Warden. Distinguished members are sometimes sought and recruited to join the Legion of Light.
The Watch is more than a small army; they include investigators, prosecutors, and other bureaucrats, and their responsibilities go beyond stopping crime: they investigate it, prevent it, and punish it.
Members of the Watch are usually seen wearing some kind of chain armor and The Lightbringer's symbol.
